Le sujet des retraites ne montre pas seulement l’incapacité du gouvernement à trouver des solutions adaptées à la situation, mais permet aussi de découvrir une autre facette du personnage, pas inconnue de ceux qui écoutent attentivement ses discours, qui ici est caricaturale. Pourquoi les médias en parlent si peu ?
Reniement. Or, il n’a pas pu voter pour car il n’était pas député lorsque la loi a été votée. Reniement, car aujourd’hui il déclare « On aurait beaucoup moins de problèmes si François Mitterrand n’avait pas fait voter la retraite à 60 ans. ».
Affabulation, reniement et incompétence. Afin d’essayer d’expliquer ces changements perpétuels, la garde présidentielle explique que c’est la crise qui rend impérieuse la réforme. Or, la crise et la montée du chômage fait que la priorité aujourd’hui n’est plus, à la différence de 2007, la question de fond. Aujourd’hui l’important c’est l’emploi, l’emploi des jeunes. Reculer l’âge de la retraite c’est avoir plus de chômage, c’est déclassé une nouvelle génération. Sur le thème du travailler plus pour gagner plus, Nicolas Sarkozy a tout faux depuis le début et il tombe de Charybde en Scylla. C’est de l’incompétence.
« Je ne vous trahirai pas, je ne vous mentirai pas, je ne vous décevrai pas. » avait déclaré Sarkozy lors de son discours de la Concorde. Reniement ultime et une seule porte de sortie, le déni.
