Le plus surprenant pour moi est la gestion du temps, il n’y a pas de linéarité, pas de pression mais on y arrive toujours « some how » et la 25 heure est une réalité. Autre étonnement professionnel est la séparation nette entre le penser et le faire qui fait que dans le management il est indispensable d’être très précis sur les attendus et tout doit être écrit dans des « Standard Operating Procedure ».
